WHO WE ARE
The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA) is an association of U.S. military veterans and their families who share a love of riding motorcycles. We believe in advocating for, and supporting, those who have served in harm’s way for the benefit of all Americans.
We are not a motorcycle club. We are a neutral association. We claim no territory, do not prospect, and accept all who meets the eligibility requirements, regardless of sex, race, or religion.
The CVMA has chapters in nearly all fifty states and overseas. The Association is governed by a National Board of Directors, who communicate with members via the Region Representatives and State Representatives. Individual chapters are led by officers elected from the chapter membership.
Chapter 33-9 was founded 2 May 2016 and covers the San Francisco Bay Area, including the counties of San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Santa Clara, and portions of Santa Cruz. We meet the 3rd Saturday of every month at the Veterans Memorial Building in Danville. Once a quarter we host the meeting elsewhere in our area of responsibility.
